RETURNS

Society Shopping LLC Exchange/Return policy is as follows:

You may exchange or return any unworn and unused merchandise purchased from Society Shopping LLC in its original condition within 15 days of receiving the merchandise. Please contact us for a return authorization number. You will need to provide your order number, and the style number of the new items you wish to exchange. If you are returning the merchandise and wish to refund your purchase to your credit card, there will be a 10% restocking fee charged to your credit card. There is no restocking charge if you are exchanging merchandise for more than the cost of the returned exchanged merchandise.

All returns need to be sent in a padded envelope or box and returned within 15 days of receiving your merchandise. We are not responsible for any merchandise that is not insured and that Society Shopping LLC has not received. We are not liable for any missing shipments that are not insured or sent without signature requested. Shipping charges and return postage are not refundable. Allow seven business days for all exchanges and return credits to be processed.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Please open your shipment and check that you have received the proper merchandise and check for any visible damage. In case of an unlikely event that the merchandise was damage during shipping, please call or email Society Shopping LLC and provide your order number and style number of the damaged items. Society Shopping LLC at its sole discretion will determine how to fulfill the order of the damaged product.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Society Shopping LLC takes pride in the quality of the merchandise that it offers for sale. If any merchandise breaks within 30 days of receiving the product, Society Shopping LLC will offer to replace the item unless it is no longer available in the inventory. We can not guarantee misuse or accidental breakage of our merchandise nor of any Snap Jewels falling out of jewelry. It will be the sole discretion of Society Shopping LLC to determine the final fulfillment of the product warranty.
